Job summary

Veeam Software in the United States is seeking a Summer Compensation Intern to join the People & Culture team for a 10-week program (June–August 2027). You’ll help simplify compensation data, support analysis, and contribute to projects that improve how we pay and engage our employees.

Ideal candidates are rising juniors or seniors studying finance, economics or data science, with strong Excel and AI tooling interest, and the ability to turn numbers into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data analysis and AI tooling familiarity.
• Willingness to learn about technology.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful piece of compensation data, processes, or insights.
• Collaborate with compensation team and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze information and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to improve data analysis and reporting.
