Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Compensation Analyst to develop and administer compensation programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will conduct market pay analyses, benchmark roles to survey data, and ensure internal equity while complying with applicable laws.

The role involves maintaining MarketPay data, administering HR software, and contributing to annual merit processes with data-driven insights for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two to four years of compensation experience required.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills essential; familiarity with databases helpful.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and HR regulations is expected.
• Experience with MarketPay and HRIS systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and administer compensation programs.
• Conduct market pay analyses and benchmark jobs against survey data.
• Maintain salary structure in MarketPay and update reports.
• Participate in salary surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) and upload results.
• Audit benchmarks and prepare summary reports for management.
