Job summary
TD SYNNEX is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Americas Total Rewards organization across North America and Latin America. You will deliver regional compensation analysis and drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives while collaborating with Compensation Partners, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams.
You will manage job evaluation workflows, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure pay equity and internal consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field; or 5+ years in corporate compensation.
- CCP designation is a plus.
- Experience with Korn Ferry Hay methodology strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. compensation compliance standards (FLSA, EEOC).
Responsibilities
- Support Americas Total Rewards compensation programs and regional analyses.
- Coordinate job evaluation workflows and maintain regional job catalog.
- Perform market pricing analyses and share pay insights with leadership.
- Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity across compensation systems.
- Assist with AI-enabled transformations and process improvements within Total Rewards.
