Job summary

TJX Companies is hiring a Compensation Analyst to support analytical design, administration, and delivery of diverse compensation programs. You will act as an internal consultant to help attract, retain, and reward Associates while ensuring cost effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HRIS, IT, Legal, and other partners, contribute to salary planning, incentive programs, and executive compensation data. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in compensation administration or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and educate internal partners on total rewards philosophy and policy.
• Collaborate with global team members on base pay and incentives.
• Provide compensation consulting for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Participate in salary planning, structure reviews, merit and bonus plan administration.
• Support executive compensation programs with data gathering and analysis.
• Assist in ad-hoc compensation and cross-functional projects.
• Develop and implement compensation processes and system enhancements.
• Perform detailed modeling and analysis to support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions; assist audits with required data.
