TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Americas Total Rewards organization across North America and Latin America. The role emphasizes compensation analysis, program support, and driving AI-enabled transformation initiatives in a remote US-based setting.

You will collaborate with Compensation Partners and HRBPs, manage data-driven insights, and help advance pay equity and consistency at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a corporate compensation function.
• Strong Excel skills with data modeling and audits.
• Experience with Korn Ferry Hay methodology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform compensation analysis and program support for the Americas region.
• Conduct market benchmarking and pay insights to inform decisions.
• Support compliance activities (FLSA, EEOC) and data integrity audits.
