TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Compensation Analyst to develop, implement, and manage compensation programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

You will conduct market pay analyses, benchmark roles against surveys, and ensure pay practices comply with laws and the company’s philosophy. The role requires advanced Excel, data analysis, and experience with MarketPay or HRIS tools such as UKG HCM; you will support annual merit processes and partner with HR staff and managers on

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, business, math or data analytics preferred; HS diploma required.
• Two to four years of related compensation experience required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience with MarketPay or other compensation/HRIS is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement and administer compensation programs across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Lead annual merit process with HRSoft and maintain salary structures.
• Conduct market pay analyses and benchmark jobs against survey data.
• Prepare pay practice reports and ad hoc analyses.
