Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a strategic operator to scale its Global Communications function. You will translate strategy into action, shaping planning cycles, budgets, and the operating rhythm that drives impact across the organization.

This role partners with the CCO and senior leaders to align priorities, allocate resources, and ensure execution at scale. You will lead a small team, manage cross-functional priorities, and develop talent while maintaining governance and clear decision rights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, consulting, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into priorities and plans.
• Proven ability to run complex, cross-functional work and align senior stakeholders.
• Financial fluency, including budgets, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Discretion with sensitive information and credibility with executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into action by defining priorities, goals, plans, milestones, and metrics.
• Lead planning cycles, OKRs, reviews, and leadership meetings for focused decisions.
• Be a thought partner to the CCO, anticipate needs, flag risks, and manage priorities.
• Shape resource decisions with budgets, forecasting, and vendor spend.
• Align across media, creative engagement, and other teams, resolving blockers.
• Collaborate with Finance, People, Legal, and Marketing to stay integrated with priorities.
• Improve structure, processes, tools, and reporting; design an scalable operating model.
• Develop talent by leading and growing a small team, hiring, onboarding, and planning.
