Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a strategic operator to scale a fast-moving global Communications function. You’ll partner with the CCO and senior leaders to turn priorities into results, shaping planning, resources, and measurement across the team.

You’ll lead a small team, drive OKRs and cadence, and ensure alignment with cross-functional partners including Finance, Legal, People, and Marketing. If you think strategically and act as an operator, this is your role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, consulting, or chief-of-staff roles.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into action with the CCO and leadership, defining priorities and plans.
• Drive planning and performance rhythm with OKRs, reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Be a trusted partner to the CCO, flag risks and manage priorities.
• Shape resource decisions with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor spend.
• Align with media and other teams on priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Connect with Finance, People, Legal, and Marketing to keep the function integrated.
• Design the operating model; improve structure, processes, tools, and reporting.
• Develop talent by leading a small team and supporting onboarding.
