SKIMS is seeking a Senior Manager of Merchandising Operations in Los Angeles to lead end-to-end PO management, pricing data, and launch readiness across global channels. You will partner with Merchandising, Planning, Tech, Site Merchandising, and Logistics to ensure accurate product data, timely PO transmission, and smooth launches.

The role demands 7+ years in merchandising operations, strong NetSuite and SPS experience, and a track record of building scalable processes in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in merchandising operations, order management, supply chain, or related function.
• Strong understanding of PO management, data maintenance, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience coordinating with international partners and multiple distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PO creation, cost and royalty entry, and launch calendar management within Merchandising Operations.
• Own PO submission through SPS and coordinate with internal/external partners to align with launch timelines.
• Lead end-to-end PO reconciliation from Planning handoff to delivery.
• Drive operational launch readiness across channels and geographies, ensuring pricing, inventory, and product data alignment.
• Collect and validate required product data for international pricing and setup in NetSuite.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for data collection, PO management, EDI submissions, reconciliation, and pricing.
• Define and track performance measures: order accuracy, transmission success, and timely issue resolution.
