Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Training to develop training strategy for global physical channels and drive brand-aligned customer experiences. This hybrid Los Angeles role requires travel up to 75% and leads onboarding, leadership development, and scalable programs.

You will partner with Commercial, Retail Operations, HR, Product, Brand, and Legal to ensure global consistency with regional adaptation, and measure impact against business KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, Retail Training, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, commercial training, or related function.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing learning professionals.
• Experience translating priorities into clear skills and learning programs.
• Strong understanding of retail and commercial environments and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop the global training roadmap and define required skills by role and channel.
• Lead learning strategy for new store, market, and channel launches.
• Partner with Commercial, Retail Operations, HR, Product, Brand, Operations, and Legal.
• Own onboarding and ongoing development with digital, live, and in-field formats.
