SharkNinja is seeking a Director, Global Strategic Programs to translate commercial ambition into measurable growth—POS, revenue, and margins. You’ll orchestrate ACE across regions, align strategy with an AI-enabled operating model, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Social, Finance, and IT.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial strategy or related fields, with strong global experience and a track record of delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

8+ years in commercial strategy and operations, revenue growth, or consulting into commercial orgs.
Deep commercial acumen across Retail, e-commerce, social, D2C, and pricing.
Experience enabling AI- and tech/data-driven commercial decision-making; Palantir Foundry a plus.
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with revenue and margin impact.
Strong financial acumen; able to translate P&L and investments into levers.
Expertise in KPI design, operational rhythms, and governance.
Global/international commercial experience; distributor/expansion exposure helps.
Consumer products experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate growth agenda into programs, KPIs, and execution plans tied to POS, revenue, margin, and share.
Lead ACE workstreams and coordinate data feeds, owners, and timelines.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Social, Finance, and IT to drive adoption and value realization.
Design KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance to measure commercial ROI.
