Responsibilities

• Direct four regional Managers, setting global measurement frameworks and standards.
• Own the immediate analytics work and the longer-term vision for the function.
• Drive AI-powered, agent-driven insight generation at scale.
• Partner with social strategy, marketing, creative, and product leaders.
• Lead performance measurement across organic, influencer, paid, and earned channels.
• Oversee global social listening to identify trends and risks.
