Qualifications

8+ years in commercial strategy and operations.
Deep commercial acumen across the full funnel (retail, e‑commerce, pricing).
Experience enabling AI- and data‑driven decision‑making; Palantir Foundry a plus.
Proven track record leading cross‑functional initiatives with measurable revenue and margin growth.
Strong financial acumen; able to translate P&L and investments into levers.
Expertise in KPI design, operating rhythms, and governance.
Global/international commercial experience; distributor expansion a plus.
Consumer products experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate the commercial growth agenda into programs, KPIs, and execution plans tied to POS, revenue, margin, and share.
Own the commercial action tracker and burn‑down with owners, dates, and status.
Establish and run commercial operating rhythms to reinforce accountability and rapid decisions.
Lead ACE and commercial intelligence across workstreams and data feeds.
Collaborate with IT and FP&A to build the command center and durable ownership.
Drive adoption across regions, train teams, and retire legacy reporting.
