Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience spanning commercial and software development.
• Deep expertise in at least one commercial discipline (sales, media, strategy, analytics).
• Proven track record of revenue growth or margin expansion.
• Commercial data literacy across sales, media spend, margin, funnel, inventory.
• Production AI engineering experience with end-to-end systems.
• Strong Python, SQL, and API fluency.
• Credibility and speed; ability to operate with analysts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a commercial team and learn their rhythm.
• Diagnose revenue and margin opportunities from data.
• Build AI agents, LLM pipelines, data products for workflows.
• Master the enterprise data platform and data modeling.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and cost control.
• Deploy with operators and drive adoption and measurable moves.
