Job summary

SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company based in Needham, MA, seeks a Director of Global Strategic Programs to convert commercial ambition into measurable outcomes across POS, revenue, margin, and share.

You will lead ACE and a portfolio of initiatives—commercial intelligence, RGM, category planning, and analytics—while coordinating Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and SS&A to accelerate value creation globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial strategy and operations, revenue growth management, or consulting into commercial organizations.
• Deep commercial acumen across the full funnel — Retail, e-commerce, social commerce, D2C, media, pricing.
• Experience enabling AI- and tech/data-driven commercial decision-making; Palantir Foundry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate the commercial growth agenda into programs, KPIs, and execution plans tied to POS, revenue, margin, and share.
• Own the commercial action tracker and burn-down across Marketing and Sales.
• Establish and run commercial operating rhythms to reinforce accountability and rapid decision-making.
• Drive ACE execution across workstreams, ensuring roadmap and timeline adherence.
• Partner with IT and business teams to build the commercial command center and in-house operating model.
• Drive regional adoption, train teams, and retire legacy reporting to free capacity for strategy.
• Ensure insights are translated into quantified opportunities with owners, dollars, and actions.
