Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a hands-on Manager to drive program design, AI development, and data infrastructure for its Direct-to-Consumer business. You will lead data pipelines, AI tool development, and cross-functional process design across global teams.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global DTC Program Design and AI, this role blends technical fluency with program management to deliver scalable, governed data solutions and measurable growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience in data, analytics, program management, or technical program management.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines or AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and SQL; GA4 familiarity is a plus.
• Solid program management skills and ability to structure workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage DTC data pipelines across Snowflake and tech stack, ensuring reliability and governance.
• Design and run technically grounded programs across the DTC data function.
• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered tools and agents for automation.
• Support measurement and reporting across channels and GA4 governance.
• Collaborate with commercial, tech, and regional teams to align processes.
