Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a senior AI-enabled engineer who will embed with our commercial teams to identify opportunities, design end-to-end AI agents and pipelines, and deploy production systems that drive measurable revenue and margin improvements. You will own architecture, build, evaluation, and production, while translating impacts across finance and category management to maximize value.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience on a commercial team and building software.
• Deep expertise in at least one commercial discipline (sales, media, strategy, analytics).
• Proven commercial impact with revenue growth or margin expansion.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a commercial team and learn their rhythm; decisions and metrics.
• Diagnose revenue and margin opportunities from data before building.
• Design and ship AI agents, pipelines, data products, and internal tools for live workflows.
• Master the enterprise data platform and scale across teams; fluency with data modeling.
• Own reliability, evals, observability, and cost of production systems.
• Deploy alongside operators and measure genuine commercial impact; drive adoption.
