Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an experienced AI-enabled engineer to join its commercial AI initiatives. You will embed with a data-driven team across Media, Sales, Strategy, Analytics, and build production AI solutions that drive measurable commercial impact.

You will own end-to-end architecture, data pipelines, model evaluation, and deployment, partnering with operators owning P&L to ensure adoption and real business movement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience spanning both sides of this role—time on a commercial team where you were accountable for a business result, and hands-on time building software.
• Strong Python, SQL, and API fluency; comfort with cloud data warehouses and modern data modeling.
• Production AI engineering: designed, built, and shipped agentic systems in production with real users.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a team and learn their rhythm and metrics.
• Diagnose opportunities before you build and prove the case in data.
• Build agentic AI solutions end to end and own architecture, build, and production.
• Master the enterprise data platform and scale solutions beyond one team.
