Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented customer service/clerical associate in Alabama to respond to customer inquiries and process work orders, shipments, and inventory counts.

You will liaise with internal teams to support account administration and invoicing. The role requires strong communication, accurate data entry, basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office, and a readiness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to work orders, shipments, and inventory counts.
• Report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for account administration, invoicing, and credit changes.
• Generate and process paperwork for customer work orders, including special requests and tracking.
• Verify invoices for proper account billing.
• Provide clerical support: maintain files, answer phones, greet visitors.
• Schedule loads, update reports, and resolve issues with damaged or short shipments.
• Other duties as assigned.
