Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team in Boise, ID. You will manage production cloud infrastructure that supports our CX Automation products, troubleshoot incidents, and upgrade platforms to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cloud operations, strong Windows/Linux experience, and familiarity with WebLogic/Tomcat. You will collaborate across Support, Engineering, and Professional Services in a distributed global

Qualifications

3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms.
3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions.
3 years experience with WebLogic and Tomcat.
Working knowledge of Windows/Linux OS management, SQL Server, Networking, and best practices.
Experience dealing directly with clients in a support, project, or delivery role.
2 years experience in ITIL framework including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Ability to work effectively in a distributed, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across Verint portfolio in the Cloud.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure.
Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs.
Provision environments and infrastructure for product portfolio.
Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on internal and client projects.
Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases and participate in knowledge transfers.
Lead or co-lead major infrastructure improvements and platform upgrades.
