Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3 years experience with Windows Server administration.
• 3 years experience with WebLogic and Tomcat.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux OS management, SQL Server, Networking, and IT best practices.
• Experience dealing with clients in a support, project, or delivery role.
• 2 years experience with ITIL including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production infrastructure across the Verint cloud portfolio.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure incidents.
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs.
• Provision new environments and infrastructure for products.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, documentation efforts, and process standardization.
• Co-lead or support major infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Research emerging tools and best practices to improve resiliency.
• Ensure availability of applications for cloud clients.
