Qualifications

3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms.
3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions.
3 years experience working in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms.
3 years experience with WebLogic and Tomcat.
2 years experience in ITIL framework including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Ability to work effectively in a distributed, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the Verint portfolio in the Cloud.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure.
Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs.
Provision new environments and infrastructure for the product portfolio.
Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on internal and client-facing projects.
Maintain internal knowledge bases and participate in cross-team knowledge transfer.
Lead or co-lead major infrastructure improvement initiatives and platform upgrades.
