Job summary

Adobe seeks a Global Microsoft GTM Lead based in Seattle to own the strategic partnership with Microsoft. You will set and execute joint go-to-market strategies, drive Azure Marketplace adoption, and align executives, sales, product, and marketing across both companies.

You will expand revenue growth, enable field teams, and deliver the joint business plan in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across time zones and regions.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent practical experience.
• 10-15+ years in global technology partner management, GTM, and partner sales leadership.
• Experience with enterprise customers, cloud service providers, and C-level executives.
• Deep knowledge of alliance management, co-sell metrics and motions.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy and operation for the Adobe-Microsoft alliance.
• Drive revenue through Microsoft field engagement and joint co-sell motions.
• Develop annual business plans, governance cadences, and executive reviews.
• Expand Azure Marketplace adoption and manage co-sell programs and incentives.
• Coordinate across sales, product, marketing to align roadmaps and funding.
