Job summary

Merkle is seeking a GTM Engineer (VP, Alliance Solutions Architect) with deep MarTech experience in the Adobe ecosystem to shape, sell, and scale innovative customer experience solutions across our client portfolio.

This highly visible role combines technology, strategy, and go-to-market execution, partnering with Adobe and internal stakeholders to develop differentiated offerings that drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, alliance management, pre-sales engineering, digital transformation, or client-facing technology leadership roles.
• Strong expertise within the Adobe ecosystem, including Core and broader customer experience capabilities.
• Experience translating business objectives into technology solutions and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Adobe stakeholders and Merkle accounts to develop joint go-to-market strategies and solutions.
• Lead executive-level client conversations on modernizing marketing through CX transformation, AI, automation, loyalty, CRM, and cross-product solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor during early-stage sales cycles from discovery to proposal development.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across Adobe, Merkle capabilities teams, and client stakeholders.
• Develop solution narratives, offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership demonstrating Adobe-powered CX value.
• Create demonstrations and presentations connecting tech capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with data, experience, tech, and industry teams to architect integrated CX solutions.
• Contribute to Adobe alliance growth through pipeline influence and account expansion.
• Position Merkle as leading AI and Adobe partner via marketplace engagement and joint marketing.
