Job summary

• Experience shaping and executing cross-functional go-to-market motions.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate Lenovo and Microsoft priorities into executable programs across global teams.
• Manage the Global Growth Acceleration Program roadmap, milestones, actions and delivery cadence.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Offering, Alliances, Delivery and regions.
• Lead seller readiness and GTM enablement through plays, playbooks, toolkits and workshops.
• Coordinate global demand-generation and activation programs aligned to priorities and opportunities.
• Manage external agencies and delivery partners to ensure scope, timelines and outputs meet objectives.
• Maintain governance, track KPIs, investment utilization and proof of execution.
