You will partner with executives to align go-to-market plans, manage revenue pipelines, and help scale operations globally while navigating a matrixed environment. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partner or field sales.
• 3+ years of experience working with or at a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) with hands-on marketplace experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the global AWS alliance for the Splunk business to drive solution adoption.
• Prioritize investments and execute strategic plans that foster durable revenue growth.
• Align sales programs with Cisco's broader organizational objectives through executive stakeholder relationships.
• Lead cross-functional communication and resolve complex go-to-market escalations.
