Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Partner Strategy Manager for Splunk CX Technical Partner Strategy to shape Cisco's partner program in observability.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to scale partner initiatives, focusing on Splunk Observability, OTel, and multi-cloud monitoring across global teams. The role requires deep cloud-native experience, enterprise architecture leadership, and guiding partner delivery teams through complex deployments to accelerate customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or equivalent.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, partner solutions architecture, or related fields.
• 5+ years in cloud-native observability, APM, or distributed monitoring.
• Deep knowledge of modern observability domains and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proven leadership and ability to influence senior leaders globally.

Responsabilités

• Act as the consultative technical authority on Observability Cloud and OpenTelemetry for Partner CX Practice Leads and Principal Architects.
• Whiteboard and advise on complex multi-cloud monitoring architectures delivered by partner technical teams.
• Guide partners on Kubernetes instrumentation standards, distributed tracing methodologies, and OpenTelemetry Collector data pipelines.
• Provide expert consultative guidance to partner delivery teams to de-risk complex implementations and accelerate value.
• Develop and execute partner-led customer success strategies and influence cross-functional priorities for ecosystem growth.
