The GAM collaborates with Executives, Solutions Architects, Partners and Services teams to shape opportunities, monitor deployments, and ensure satisfaction across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience representing AWS with senior customer personnel and managing risk.
• Experience creating long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role.
• AWS certification or ability to translate technical metrics into business insights.
• Experience leading data strategy within a team or organization.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with the customer's C-suite and articulate a clear account vision.
• Sell at the most strategic level and coordinate with AWS resources to support interests.
• Engage cross-functional teams to drive executive business reviews and customer satisfaction.
