bioMérieux seeks a Global Clinical System Engineer II who drives end-to-end product ownership and field service excellence across the lifecycle, from successful launches to obsolescence management.

Working with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing/QA, vigilance and regional teams, you will lead investigations, provide technical support, and advance service projects to improve product performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years of professional experience including direct customer service.
• Clinical laboratory experience in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Immunoassays.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical support investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Lead service project execution and strategy with cross-functional alignment.
• Contribute to hypercare efforts to ensure rapid product issue resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, QA, and regional teams.
