Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Global Clinical System Engineer II to own technical support and drive end-to-end service across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate investigations, coach regional teams, and contribute to field actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in customer service or clinical lab settings, with travel up to 20%. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional related experience.
• Direct customer service experience.
• Clinical laboratory experience in Microbiology, Molecular Biology and/or Immunoassays.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical support requests and customer complaints from subsidiaries and Distributors.
• Promote proactive troubleshooting and technical coaching to local regional support teams.
• Share best practices and contribute to projects and process improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end technical investigations with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality.
• Contribute to Field Action processes and CAPA activities.
• Establish and maintain ERP certification and KPIs.
