BioFire Diagnostics seeks a Global Clinical System Engineer II to own end-to-end product lifecycle, from launch to obsolescence, ensuring serviceability and rapid issue resolution. You will lead investigations, coach local teams, and coordinate cross-functional projects with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, QA, and regional teams.

The role emphasizes service strategy, field deployment, and continuous improvement to optimize support and customer experience, with up to 10% domestic and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional related experience including: direct customer service experience; clinical laboratory experience in Microbiology, Molecular Biology and/or Immunoassays.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation & technical support for customer issues and complaints.
• Coordinate end-to-end technical investigations with Manufacturing, R&D and Quality.
• Support Go-To-Market and service launches, including documentation and validation.
• Contribute to Field Action procedures, audits, and CAPA activities.
• Define service strategies and ensure cross-functional alignment across the franchise.
