bioMerieux Inc. is seeking a Global Clinical System Engineer II to own end-to-end product support and drive serviceability across the lifecycle, from launches to obsolescence management.

The role collaborates with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing/QA, vigilance and regional teams to optimize field support and achieve business growth. You will coordinate investigations, promote proactive troubleshooting, and contribute to service strategies aligned with Go-To-Market plans while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience, including direct customer service and clinical lab work in Microbiology/Molecular Biology/Immunoassays.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical support requests and customer complaints from subsidiaries and Distributors; provide leadership in delivering effective technical support
• Promote proactive troubleshooting and technical coaching to local support teams
• Share best practices and contribute to project transformation and continuous improvement initiatives based on trend analyses
• Coordinate end-to-end technical investigations with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality
• Contribute to the Field Action process: audit prep, participate in CAPA and FA boards
• Establish and maintain ERP certification and meet quality plan standards and KPIs
