Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead the integrated study schedule and coordinate budget, timeline and FTE reporting across global trials.

You will manage MS Project schedules (KEMs, Roadmaps, critical path) and ensure alignment with PLW plans, while documenting decisions and supporting governance reviews. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive teams in a matrix, global environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent; preferred Life Sciences focus such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• Strong project management experience (clinical trial management) with leadership in multi-functional, global matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain integrated study schedules in MS Project (KEMs, Roadmaps, critical path) and align with PLW.
• Ensure CLINICAL timelines align to MSP schedules and reflect proper resource demand.
• Develop budget, timeline and FTE forecasting scenarios and document governance planning.
• Collect, consolidate and report financial, timeline and resource data for governance approvals and external funding.
• Document key decisions, actions, risks, issues and lessons learned; maintain trial governance docs.
• Provide support for team-based reporting (e.g., PLW team list).
• Mentor and onboard new team members and promote Credo behaviors.
