Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Mgr Clinical Trials- Project Management to lead Accelerando program initiatives across high-priority development programs in a global matrix. The role focuses on accelerating project execution, risk mitigation, and delivery of robust plans using Planisware and MS Project.

The candidate will coordinate with Therapy Area leaders and functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution in NJ-based sites with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years in an R&D or supply chain environment
• PM certification (PMP/ CPM) preferred
• Critical Chain / Pro-Chain certification a plus
• MS Project expertise required
• Visio and Excel proficiency
• Experience in a global matrix organization
• Location: Raritan, NJ or Spring House, PA or Titusville, NJ or Beerse, BE

Responsibilities

• Partner with high-priority development programs to de-risk and accelerate launches
• Translate processes and knowledge into solutions for project teams
• Engage with project leaders and stakeholders to enable success
• Support CDT leadership with timely, informed decisions
• Develop project plans and insights from analyses
• Use cross-functional planning tools to align CDT plans
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Drive best practices in high-value R&D initiatives
• Ensure organizational readiness for execution
• Proactively remove obstacles to cross-departmental processes
• Develop business cases for risk mitigation and acceleration opportunities
• Monitor metrics and benchmarking data for Accelerando process
• Stay updated on evolving project management practices
