Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• Strong project management experience, preferably in clinical trial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and financial management skills; ability to lead in matrixed, global environments.

Aufgaben

• Create, manage, and maintain integrated study schedule in MS Project with timelines and critical path.
• Align PLW timelines to MSP schedule and coordinate with CDT plans; reflect resource demand.
• Develop scenarios in PLW for budget, timeline, and FTE forecasting; generate operational scenarios.
• Collect, consolidate, and report financial, timeline and resource data for governance approvals.
• Document key decisions, actions, risks and lessons learned; maintain trial governance docs.
• Provide support for team-based reporting (PLW team list).
• Mentor onboarding of new team members and foster Credo behaviors.
