Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Accelerando Program Management Leader in the United States (Spring House, PA) to combine project management expertise with leadership to accelerate clinical trial programs. You will advise teams, de-risk launches, and drive best practices across a global matrix organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in R&D or supply chain, MS Project proficiency, and PMP/CPM preferred, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years experience in an R&D or supply chain environment.
• PMP/CPM certification preferred.
• MS Project proficiency required.
• Experience in a global matrix organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with high-priority new product development programs to de-risk and accelerate the launch of transformational new products.
• Translate processes, knowledge, and expertise into specific solutions for individual teams during the most impactful phases of the development program.
• Engage with development project leaders and stakeholders to enable project success and act as a trusted advisor for Accelerando.
• Support CDT leadership in timely, informed decisions by applying project mgmt expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Develop project plans and provide insights based on scenario analysis using project management tools.
• Perform critical path analysis to bring clarity and focus to key activities and coordinate with PMO for alignment.
• Identify gaps in cross-department processes and work with managers to remove obstacles to execution.
• Outline new processes for upcoming phases and integrate enabling technologies to drive efficiency.
