Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead the integrated study schedule and manage budgets, timelines, and FTEs across global trials. You will drive governance reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with plans and resource needs.

The role requires 4+ years in pharma/healthcare and strong leadership, planning, and financial skills to guide projects from initiation through execution.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Life Sciences (Biology/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Nursing/Pharmacy) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• Strong PM experience, preferably in clinical trial management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain integrated study schedule in MS Project with KEMs, Roadmaps and critical path.
• Align PLW timelines to MSP schedule and coordinate the integrated clinical plan with CDT project plans.
• Develop scenarios in PLW for budget, timeline, and FTE forecasting.
• Collect, consolidate and report financial, timeline and resource data for governance approvals and external funding partnerships.
• Document key decisions, actions, risks, issues, and lessons learned; maintain trial governance documentation.
• Provide support for team-based reporting (PLW team list).
• Mentor and support onboarding of new team members; foster employee engagement and Credo Behaviors.
