Responsibilities

• Partner with high-priority development programs to de-risk and accelerate launches.
• Translate processes and knowledge into solutions for teams during key phases.
• Utilize facilitation and influencing skills with project leaders and stakeholders.
• Serve as trusted advisor to project leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop project plans and provide insights from analyses.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment with CDT and Planisware.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive best practices in high-value R&D initiatives.
• Support organizational readiness for project execution.
• Identify gaps in cross-departmental processes and remove obstacles.
