You will mentor Project Managers, coordinate with Business Development and Bids/Contracts, and optimize processes across divisions while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in a dynamic CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in life sciences or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Eight+ years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience in project management.
• Experience leading and mentoring staff in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and clinical trials processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports may be assigned.
• Accountable for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead core project team and coordinate extended teams.
• Manage cross-unit coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and manage resource needs and contingency plans.
• Ensure design, implementation, tracking, and revision of project plans.
• Promote effective teamwork and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain communication with PM Management on project matters.
• Meet financial performance targets for assigned projects.
