Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Project Manager to oversee one or more Phase I–IV clinical trials, locally, regionally or globally. You will be accountable for overall coordination, deliverables, and success in terms of time, quality and cost.

You will manage resources with functional leads, drive contingency plans, and ensure solutions are implemented. Travel and regulatory knowledge are essential to support global development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects in a multi-office environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and inspire teamwork.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead core project team members and facilitate their leadership of extended project teams.
• Coordinate cross-unit effort internally and with external sub-contractors.
• Define and manage project resource needs with functional heads and contingency plans.
• Ensure project plans are designed, tracked and revised for assigned projects.
