Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to a portfolio of accounts; participate in key client meetings with senior leaders.
• Lead development of portfolio-specific goals aligned to company vision and values.
• Motivate and empower a team to drive YoY account growth.
• Manage team bandwidth; deliver high-level account support and report progress to management.
• Identify future leaders and develop talent for next career levels.
• Advocate internally with senior cross-functional stakeholders for client needs.
