Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an US/Global Project Management Account Leader to guide a national team across interior fit-outs, capital improvements and new construction. You’ll own client relationships, drive delivery strategy, and balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to position JLL as a trusted advisor.

The role requires 20–40% travel to client sites nationwide, with home bases in El Segundo, CA or Mesa, AZ, and remote options for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate project management leadership.
• Experience leading teams within a corporate or third‑party service provider environment.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and project financials (budgeting, scheduling, change orders).
• Proven track record managing client relationships at the executive level across multi-site portfolios.
• Ability to travel 20-40% to support client needs and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a national team of project management professionals, coaching on JLL standards and client expectations.
• Manage key client relationships across all levels, identifying opportunities to expand JLL services.
• Oversee full project lifecycles for fit-outs, capital improvements, and new construction.
• Drive account strategy and P&L management to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Interface with project managers, architects, contractors, client stakeholders and property managers for seamless delivery.
• Manage the client’s annual capital plan including projections and variance reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while keeping senior leadership informed of issues.
