Job summary

Integra Connect is seeking a Client Coordinator to provide exceptional service while ensuring SLA achievement and effective revenue cycle management. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, understanding operating requirements, and promoting the Integra Connect suite.

The position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with experience in medical billing and healthcare management.

Qualifications

Two years of medical billing experience is required.
Knowledge of revenue cycle management, HIPAA, SOX, and PHI compliance.
Ability to analyze trends and propose improvements to billing processes.

Responsibilities

Provide support to assigned clients and understand operating requirements and metrics.
Serve as liaison between Client Teams and Operational Teams via emails and tickets.
Promote Integra Connect products and updates to clients.
Research and resolve problems, communicate trends, and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with management to optimize cash collection and billing efficiency.
Complete special projects with timely status updates and quality standards.
