Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with client management/executive level contacts for mid to large/complex clients.
• Establish and maintain internal budgeting and client performance expectations.
• Meet with client contacts regularly to provide revenue cycle management expertise.
• Coordinate internal service teams to reduce errors and align resources.
• Ensure SLAs are met and drive improvements with action plans.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and support sales.
