Responsibilities

• Manage client account administration activities, ensuring accuracy of client data, documentation, and system records.
• Support client onboarding and implementation by coordinating requirements, tracking milestones, and facilitating handoffs to operations.
• Review, validate, and reconcile billing data to ensure accurate invoicing and timely issue resolution.
• Create, manage, and monitor cases within Salesforce, ensuring requests are complete, routed, and resolved within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Implementation, Finance, Billing, Collections, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions and revenue accuracy.
• Conduct internal reviews to identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and data integrity.
