Qualifications

• Five years of high-volume billing experience in a professional services firm.
• Expert in direct billing for domestic and global clients.
• Strong Excel and accounting system proficiency.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Proficient in e-billing applications such as Bill Blast or e-Billing Hub.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex US billing for high-volume, global clients.
• Edit prebills, obtain approvals, and finalize invoices monthly.
• Handle inquiries and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff.
