Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years' managing high-volume billing portfolios.
• Expert knowledge of direct billing or client accounts for a law or professional services firm.
• Experience with Excel and Aderant; familiarity with e-billing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex US and global billing for top clients.
• Edit prebills, obtain approvals for deferrals, write-offs and time transfers.
• Submit invoices monthly; ensure accuracy and SLA.
• Provide monthly reporting and accrual information.
• Train and mentor staff on billing procedures.
