Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including large-scale distributed systems.
• 7+ years leading global engineering organizations in executive roles.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Expertise in multi-cloud, IaC, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability.
• Strong data platforms and MLOps background.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmap for core technology and data platforms.
• Lead architecture of high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Drive adoption of AI, cloud-native architectures, and modern tooling.
• Enforce engineering standards and governance.
• Recruit and develop global engineering talent.
