Job summary

1KOMMA5° seeks a Chief of Staff - Core Platforms to be the strategic right hand to the VP Platform Engineering. You will align Core Platform teams with Heartbeat AI and the VAL builder squads, driving AI-first engineering and real-time orchestration of the platform landscape.

You will own cross‑functional coordination, leadership support for the VP and engineering leads, and measurable programs from concept to delivery across international teams, while shaping a world‑class culture and

Qualifications

• Education in CS/Engineering/Business Tech or related field.
• Strong data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Experience coordinating across diverse teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Central Coordination: Act as point of contact within Core Platform domain and connect teams, ensuring effective information flow and alignment.
• People & Culture: Drive growth by hiring, onboarding, and organizing team events to maintain world-class culture.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare high‑impact reports and presentations for C‑level and internal meetings.
• Project Leadership and Execution: Lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects with cross‑functional and international impact from concept to delivery.
• Support for the Leadership Team: Provide direct support to the VP and other engineering leads in day‑to‑day operations and planning.
• AI Enablement: Own our AI-first push by tracking adoption across platform teams and removing blockers.
