Qualifications

15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in globally scaled engineering platforms or shared services.
Experience owning enterprise tooling decisions with cross-divisional impact and cost considerations.
Proven track record deploying AI-assisted development tooling at scale with governance and guardrails.

Responsibilities

Set and govern the enterprise Developer Experience strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Own lifecycle of enterprise development platforms, tools, and integrations across the organization.
Consolidate tooling across divisions with minimal disruption to delivery and clear migration sequencing.
Lead a global organization spanning platform engineering, product management, developer support, and analytics.
Establish scalable developer support, self-service portals, and AI-assisted triage processes.
